For all breaks we include fresh flowers in the living area and main bedroom, individual chocolates and a bottle of bucks fizz. Foam bath, shower gel and hand wash are provided, for your convenience.
THE LIVING AREA
The kitchen/dining area has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob and extractor, fridge with ice box, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a dining table with seating for four. A highchair is also available.
The lounge area has a 28" widescreen digital TV with freeview, a DVD player (free use of our DVD collection of over 80 popular films), or if you prefer to listen to a cd or the radio, there is a micro hi fi system with CD collection. There are large windows and french doors, with views over the private, secure, west-facing garden. Many different bird species are attracted to the garden and bird bath and they can be viewed from the comfy sofas! From the garden there are good views of Alford's working windmill and across open fields, to the Lincolnshire wolds. A picnic bench and barbeque are provided, if you fancy a bit of al fresco dining.
THE MAIN BEDROOM
The pretty double bedroom is decorated in a country cottage style. The 'Laura Ashley' bed linen is soft, white cotton with a beautiful American patchwork quilt over. Fluffy white bath towels are provided. There are two bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe. The spotlights can be controlled from the bed and can also be dimmed. There is a full length mirror and also a small mirror with dressing shelf and stool below. A hairdryer is also supplied for your convenience.
BEDROOM TWO
Bedroom two has a pretty cream metal bed with a very comfortable mattress. There is also room for a cot,if required. The solid beech wood cot has a coir mattress. (Please note that cot bedding is not provided) There is also a bedside table with a lamp and a wardrobe. The spotlights can be dimmed.
THE BATHROOM
The bathroom has a luxurious spa bath. Speakers have been installed, to enable you to listen to the radio or a cd, whilst relaxing in the bath! There is a chrome heated towel rail to warm up your towels and the large basin has a mirror with light and shaver point over. Hand wash, foam bath and shower gel are supplied, for your convenience.
