Nestled at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds, it is 400 yards from the working windmill at Alford. The windmill has a tea rooms serving delicious cream teas and light lunches. The cottage is only 7 miles from sandy beaches, half a mile from shops, pubs and restaurants, fishing and golf are 4 miles away. If you like walking there are conservation walks from the cottage or for the more adventurous, the Lincolnshire Wolds. The historic market town of Louth with its quaint streets and shops is only 20 minutes away. One hour from the beautiful city of Lincoln, with its stunning cathedral and huge variety of shops.
